RULES/TOS

- This YCH is cat centered but i am able to change the character species to any animal that may fit but unless you AB2, all changes to the original storyboard will be minor
-Please provide a proper ref of the character(s) when requesting a commission. please try to simplify them if their design is too complex!
-the expected turnaround time would be 1-2 and a half months as i am a college student but my goal would be to finish before christmas-
