FOR YCH
Upon bidding on the auction for the respective YCH, you must uphold your bid and you cannot back out unless it is an emergency.
If an emergency occurs please inform me, this is for my information so I can have a record.
YCHs will be completed as soon as possible after payment is made.
If there may be a delay I will inform you of it.
FOR COMMISSIONS
Commissions may take slightly longer based on complexity and design.
I reserve the right to deny any commission and if the customer is aggressive or threatening.
I also reserve the right to ban them from further commissions.
I reserve the right to change commission prices based on the complexity of character and request from the customer.
