Absolutely neccesary panel.
There's been people asking me to draw a comic about myself or my characters. People requesting comic commissions by me. I tell them "i'm not good with comics". They keep asking. I am perplexed. Should i try my hands on the idea someday?
Also this is the whole comic. Just 1 panel. What? what about the other panel on the right? who knows? the picture is cropped right there. So, i guess we can't see what's happening there. Sorry. I'm as perplexed as you are... probably more.
