nothing much to say about this one really... I was just playing with a pose that came to mind for Julius/Tsutsumi manipulating lightning...

the actual lightning effect looks nothing like I meant for it to look but... meh, it's still okay. Kinda crazy, but neat to look at. XD

I tried to draw his tail as one giant mass... hence the large size... because in the series, my idea is that he essentially keeps his three tails wrapped together to create the illusion of a single tail.
