After the machine breaks, Cia and Sakura had shared some thoughts about deciding whether or not they should repair the evolution device. Cia insisted since she was curious to see Sakura's final evolution. Sakura on the other-hand was against it for a long while. Cia being the more outgoing one decided to pay a certain Flygon a visit as Sakura tried to chase her. Along the way, Cia would try to convince Sakura repeatedly which Sakura refused to accept the idea. Axis (The Flygon) saw the device as he was requested to fix it. He accepted the request and told him to wait until he was done fixing it; giving them an FYI that it may take a while.

A week passe... and the device fixed; Cia was pretty excited to test it out. Sakura still had second thoughts but, it wasn't as heavily impactful as it was the first time. she was getting used to the evolution seemingly starting to grow curious of her potential. So this plays out.
