I had said the last time I redesigned Luna that it was my finalized headcanon design for her. Well, that’s changed. xD And it’s been a hot minute since I worked with any pony stuff as it relates to my personal AU, much less since I got to be happy with it. ;w;

Was just really in a design mood today and I wanted to work with something familiar, apparently. And I got a NMM that I’m happy with too! So these are ZenVerse Equestria Luna and NMM! Nightmare in my AU has an Anger Tell; when she goes blood-moon-eclipse-colored, either defuse the situation or get outta her way. owo

I debated whether to use owl wings like my last iteration, or to switch to nightjar shaped wings. I ended up with owl wing shape, barred owl-like speckles, and a nightjar-inspired wing bar~ Also her socks are inspired by the phases of the moon, too! Overall she turned out very pretty and I’m super thrilled with her~
