This is both a birthday gift for  AllyCat and something I've wanted to do for a long time, but haven't had the skill to pull off until recently.

Rohan as the fourth Doctor and Ally as Romana from the start of "Destiny Of The Daleks". Yes, I know the fourth Doctor doesn't wear glasses, but Rohan does. Deal with it.

I spent about three weeks on this, on and off, partially because I was having trouble getting my advisor available.

Some trouble came as a result of a poor quality reference image (a 640*480 screenshot which was captured from a video file which was likely sourced from analogue video). Still, I managed to work around some of the limitations of the reference.

Regarding the colours, the background rocks took their colours from the reference image, then were whitened up a bit. The TARDIS, character outfits, and foreground rocks are unmodified samplings from the reference image. The character colours are from other images I've done of Rohan and Ally.

All work was done on six layers in Paint Shop Pro 7 by mouse.
