Gwen is a frog of two worlds. Her father being a citizen of the Western Superpower Torova and her mother being an refugee from the impoverished tropical nation of Caraca; she has always felt as if her two very different upbringings made her different from those around her. From a young age Gwen was taught the traditional martial art of her people: Lillipad Kempo, a graceful and measured art that allows for incredible speed, grace, power, and dexterity that fully capitalizes on her frog ancestry and her genetic affinity for hydromancy. Gwen, being a master of Lilipad Kempo and being fluent in both English and Spanish was recruited right out of basic training for the Torovan military to join a special military police task force known as Anti-Spell. Together with her teammates Gwen hopes to one day be able to return to Caraca to liberate her homeland from the oppressive dictatorship that threatens the distant relatives whom she has never been able to meet.
