I wouldn't be surprised if it was his boyfriend whom had persuaded the lion to place himself in the stocks for Halloween. He does look to be a very playful tickler, though that rough tongue must be very ticklish indeed on sensitive paws. I imagine though that they have a lot of fun with all sorts of tickling games and just enjoying the romantic intimacy of tickling with one another.
