Still fiddling around with style a bit! Done in a break while inking comic pages, just to relax a bit. I know the anatomy is a bit off, but this was really more to just fiddle with the coloring and shading style. Thoughts, anyone?

I just hate when some Mystery Villain has me in their net of doom. Looks interesting! Pink hair bows are the sign of evil as everyone knows =p
If there is one thing that bother me about the pic is the the arm/forearm area. The sequence from scales to flesh is not like the tail/back area.

Pink bows certainly are the universal sign of evil! Why, I see one and I instantly feel engaged in mortal combat!
Would removing the outline around the wrist/forearm area for the scales help with the transition a bit? I'm still fiddling around with a few aspects of the design, so if there's anything I can improve on, please let me know! :D

I think removing the outline would help. In his reference, the scale to flesh transition is outlined, but not so boldly. With the tail-back transition shown in a different style, it really draws attention to the forearm/wrist. I really like the tail-back transition better than the current wrist/forearm area.
