Just curious. Do people actually have dreams in which you speak to someone in the dream? Really. I hardly ever recall my dreams but those I do recall I've never actually spoken to anything ever. I'm always either a third party viewer to events or something is happening to me and I'm the only thing really around. o.O

Excellent page. Yeah Gem chill, that's the nice thing about dreaming no matter what happens while you're awake you'll always end up asleep again at some point. ^^ Your bros will be there waiting for ya. :3

I do have dreams when I speak to people, sometimes it's coherent, sometimes utter nonsense. XD

Guess I'm just a dream viewer or something. *chuckles* Would be hilarious if I was somehow watching other peoples dreams rather than having my own. ^^;

I absouletly talk to people in dreams. My dreams are usually coherant. Im usually someone in charge of a bunch of folk generally trying to lead them to saftey or help guide people or coming up with solutions to fix whatever thing we're facing. I think because i play a lot of RPGS my dreams sorta reflect that sorts of scenarios.
Theres a house thats very consistent in a lot of my dreams. Ive never been there in real life but ive been there enough in my dreams that I know the layout of the place. Often its either me and other people trying to escape from it or trying to break into it and formulating plans to do that.
One thing I AM curious about is if anyone has ever used a mobile phone in a dream. For something that so many of us have its weird how few times they turn up in dreams and I wonder what that's all about

Wow. O.O That's kinda awesome. Almost like you got your own dream video game. I seem to remember maybe one dream a month and it's usually either completely nonsensical.

Like one with rats on surfboards riding a huge wave of molten cheese while constantly trading eyes between one another. >.> *shrugs* And I'm just watching it while not really being there.

Or if I am there it's something like I'm in an endless black void while my teeth fall out painlessly or I'm slowly molding myself like a lump of clay. o.o First person perspective and of course in the dream I have the feeling of 'this makes perfect sense, nothing odd here'. ^^;

If anyone ever invents a surefire way to have perfect lucid dreaming they would just make ALL the money. @.@

I’m imagining baby Gem leading a large group up a mountainside or planning out tactics in a war room.. hehe 😜
I also have pretty vivid dreams at times, but they’re usually super random 😅 They do seem to take place in a few distinct places though, like my house growing up or my high school, for some reason. I also talk to people, and actually talk out loud in my sleep. and have full conversations.. Recorded it a few times and gosh it’s embarrassing. 🤦‍♂️

As far as cell phones I recall getting calls in my dreams or talking on the phone, usually it was getting really bad news though. Gotta love anxiety.

Back before smartphones it was quite common for me to use a phone (landline or smartphone) in dreams... and I'd always get stuck because I could never remember the number (yes even when contact lists were a thing I would prefer to dial the actual number than add everone to my contacts every time I replaced the phone), so I'd call information and they'd be like "you want to WHAT?" so I'd curl up sobbing. Sometimes the phone would ring and it was the person I wanted to call

Post smartphones, the dream will shift to a sort of cutscene and i'll watch myself tap through an unseen screen and make the call ...when it works that is. sometimes i'll see myself unable to unlock the phone and since it's a "cutscene", there's nothing I can do about it
