Rio Carnival. By far the largest carnival to ever take place in the world. Millions of people flocking to see the numerous samba schools join in on the festivities. Each one representing a different theme and background.
As while Carnival is a still a while away, Nessa is already working on her chosen theme for next years. After all, what matter choice for a water type gym leader and model than the most beautiful and elegant water type, a milotic?

I know normally I focus on showgirls. But I feel like with showgirls, samba outfits don't get much representation in the art scene these days.
And of course, I am a confirmed sucker for Nessa and outfits involving feathers.
