Can't see more than the grip of the sword, but from what I can see, it almost looks like it could be one of a couple of the variants of the Moonlight Greatsword from the Dark Souls/Bloodborne/Kingsfield/Demon Souls (or the Large Sword of Moonlight in Demon Souls) since a couple of versions of it have a handle and cross guard like that.
