As broad generalizations go, a more masculine perspective is hierarchical. It is action-, solution-, and success-oriented. The end justifies the means, and score is often kept as a measure of status. One attains value through achievement. In a group activity, skills of individual members will not be restrained, so that novice members will have to rise to the challenge or quit. Superiors give orders, and underlings give approval. This whole perspective can be thought of as more of a triangle. It tends to be more occupied with outcome and with separation of people and actions.
To be equally broad, a more feminine perspective is relational. It is relationship- and fairness-oriented. Emotional connection is prioritized, as is experience. One attains value through cooperation. In a group activity, individual members will often restrain their skill or modify the situation so that more novice participants can be involved with less struggle. Superiors are a part of the whole, power is questioned, and underlings give honest feedback. This whole perspective can be thought of as more of a circle. It tends to be more occupied with process and fairness. It is a social perspective.
The lamp, the cups full of liquid, the pizza, and the outlet are all symbolism. Masculine perspectives focus on manifestations, or on things. Feminine perspectives focus on source, or on non-being. The clothing, in the case of this drawing, represents social sophistication.
