I'm kinda like that with my brother. In some ways Hanna and Hazel's friendship is a bit based on the dynamic between me and my brother. I'm obviously the Hazel of the group, closed off to outsiders but will eventually warm up to them (and if I warm up too much I turn into a blabbermouth machine).
My brother and I are pretty much the opposite -- tor example, today we're headed out to a flea market. He'll spend most of his time looking at 'stuff' (lately it's CDs he doesn't have) while I'm just as happy talking to the vendors (although old cameras and other old tech appeal to me).
There's a thought: MIT in Cambridge, MA runs a tech flea market the third Sunday of the warmer months (or they did before COVID). I can imagine Hanna and Hazel going to one of these. Great place to pick up old amateur or commercial radio gear (my bother's a Ham) and I look at computer junk. You want audio components? Antique radios and 1950s-80s stereos (I could have had a classic McIntosh amplifier). Oh, look, Hazel just found a combination mixer board and cassette recorder...

I'm suggesting a type of venue, not the specific Bostonland event. Google MIT Flea Market and look at the sort of stuff they sell -- then tell me putting a ball and chain on her ankle would restrain Hazel.

Bigger breasts or not, I do like this tigress. Her fiance is one lucky dude but, I've already said that somewhere else. Oh, BTW, I know that Hanna is engaged but she doesn't wear an engagement ring. I believe you said something about wearing a ring on a fur-covered finger. I came up with an idea that I'm going to use in "There's No Way". In it, Michael mentions to Amanda that he wants to buy her an engagement ring. She says that Humanimals don't wear rings because of the fur on their fingers. She tells him that they wear engagement bracelets which have two interlocked circles of precious stones of the couple's choice. Maybe you could use a similar idea.
