There's a lot of history with this character. She was created by a very creative person, someone super cute and funny and interesting! Someone super sweet and kind and for some reason or another they liked me! That person gave me their one and only Potatochip... and to this day I've treasured her and I've been getting some new art of her, kinky, non kinky, along with making her one of the main characters of my Anthro trainer Visual Novel: PokeBuns! Potatochip is Bianca's Pokemon. They meet by odd.. coincidence, and a lot of silliness follows.

Unlike typical Gardevoir, she has blue eyes. She likes to wear a two blue ribbons, although in this one, she isn't for some reason. She has a beauty mark under her left eye, and she has poor vision, so she wears human glasses to help with that. She LOVES chips, snacks of any kind, and cute things.
