A simple quick drawing of what I consider an interesting take on the "son of the villain".
He may be constantly giving you trouble, yet, in the end, he probably just wants to make his father proud.

Well, the way he acts, I doubt he wears them, and there a lot of reasons
-Baby Bowser talks like a 6 years old, so they made him not wear diapers, isn't necessary somehow
-Bowser Jr.'s name doesn't describe him as actual infants, but for preventing foul up on identity(like baby bowser)
-His name is only describe him as a son of Bowser, not as an actual babyfur.
