The land of Garynn was once known as a sprawling wonderland. At the epicenter of four old kingdoms, it was a thriving hub of trade and diplomacy, where nobles and merchants would come from all corners to meet. Where travelers would seek their own fortunes. Where scholars and oracles would study the art of magic, discovering amazing new spells and enchantments like none have seen before.
But that was many generations ago. No one now remembers what caused the fall of the great land. And no one was ever brave enough to venture in to find out, not with the sight of the great ashen beast soaring above the ruined land, still laying waste to what was already wasted.
No one, until now.

Uh, not to undermine your abilities, but is this really something you should be doing without any assistance? I appreciate wanting to rid an ancient civilization of a dark threat looming over it, but going at it solo just seems like a quick way to find your name in the obituary. Again, not saying you're not up for the task, but perhaps it'd be wise to gather a party before venturing forth?
