Everyone knows Flux's happy and cute side, though there has always been the other side of Flux in which only appears through pieces of art. I finally decided it was time to make a reference for him. He is a raptor-kangaroo-hybrid of sorts. I would love to actually make something like this as a suit one day! :d

It's been a while since I've actually done any painting in Photoshop, though recently I've really had an itching for it. I certainly needed the brushing up, and hope that I can continue to push myself with the style and quality.

you could pull this off so awesomely as a suit you could make the tattoo with flourescent paint or possibly leds under the fur and im sure you could pull of glowy eyes either the same or a smiliar way

I've thought about it before, and if I did end up making a version of this character as a suit LEDs would be the way to go.

Furry survey said its not uncommon for furs to have 2 'sonas, one they use frequently, showing how the person may want to see themselves or how they want others to, and one that isn't so much as common, but may be more reminiscent to the person as they are. *shrug* I have two which follow this exact pattern actually...

They are indeed both sexy and kick-ass! However, I'd NEVER wanna run into a wild one... especially a pack of ones! That would be fucking terrifying! But.... terrifyingly awesome! =D

Love this design and how you combined the two species. This would make the coolest suit!

Also I hope you do more drawings in this style, you pull off the photoshop painting so well!!

Thanks! ^^ Again, It's been a while since I've done any painting in Photoshop. I did okay here, though I've done better before. Like anything I think it just take a lot of practice >.<

If you did make it into a suit would you try to keep the posture that he has in this picture? It would be a really nice effect but straining on the back D: Also, what sound would he make, because I think a happy squeak would be just the happy Flux expression :3 So excited to see the outcome though!

Although it would be cool to make a suit like this, trying to do an exact representation would be improbable. People have made dino/raptor suits before where they lean over, but honestly if it turned into a suit it would be much more upright standing with more human proportions. >.<

The reference is more of just my mental idea of the character, not with the full intention to make a suit. Even though I've talked about making a dark flux suit for a while now :3

That is fully understandable! :3 It would be a shame not to be able to stay in it for very long because of back cramps.

And I would actually love to cuddle and tame that dark side one day! You know... because raptor kangaroos love to be loved for what's on the inside... yep!
