i was inspired to draw this while playing diamond; i loved the idea of being fascinated by the snowy environment around you, and then all of a sudden becoming part of it. <3
and that deformed rock on the side? the evolution rock thing for glaceon. and that snowflake on the side? it's secretly on steroids, omg. :P
