Block 2 of 4 - Left Leg & Arm, Body half - First pass
Wax block number two just got past it's first rough and detailed pass. It took almost 24 hours.
As with the last blurred out a few parts.
The second pass started @ 8:15pm with luck should be done my 1am.

This is a blue machining wax that does have a slight bit of plastic and other chemicals added to raise the melt point to 227 degrees. http://www.machinablewax.com/index.htm
Yep, that is the purpose ReiVegan. Each of the rectangular shapes is a hole. which is a cavity for a rubber mold. The rubber is poured and cures. The rubber molds form into pairs so there is an inside and outside part. Finally plastic resin is poured into the rubber mold pairs forming plastic parts. The plastic parts clasp together, and a full figure is assembled.
