Very nice artwork! I quite like the designs for their suits and everything, and the detail you put into this is very good!
The one minor critique I have is that it looks to me like their paws are bare; their hands and everything else is covered, but their paws look bare, which is not a good thing while on the Moon. Not only because there's no air and thus no air pressure, but Moon dust is, as it turns out, like ultra-fine, incredibly sharp glass dust, similar to fresh volcanic particulates. Not something you want to walk on barefoot, because it would actually potentially abrade your skin.
Anyway, sorry for being a science nerd. Love the artwork, and here's hoping for a time in the (hopefully!) near future where we can actually walk on the Moon once again! It's been far too long since anybody went there!

But if their paws were bare, they would be blue and purple like the characters skin.
According to my idea, this is a kind of anatomical shoe, the paws are covered with flexible material, something like a multilayer fiber, and there is also have a sole.

Hmm. It mentioned that his prosthetic arms were designed shortly after an accident early in his development, so that he wouldn't be reassigned to a task that he was originally created for, which kind of sounds like he's an android. Maybe I put a little too much thought in that part of the description.
