The bell rings for the 6th bell with the two fighters still winded and spent from the fifth. Kaye even more so as his movement has become a little more clumsy. He was still a bit shaken from the uppercut Gritt punished him with last round. Gritt had decided to take it slower and try to recover his stamina instead of rush in to end the fight. Kaye didn’t let his opponent get any moment to relax as he threw himself forward with a rather awkward punch.

The clumsy body blow lands as it causes Gritt to spew a bit of blood. Kaye then tries to grab hold and throw a few more strikes. Gritt manages to catch Kaye before he can grab on and toss him back to the ropes. He puts all of his effort into blocking against Kaye’s aggression wondering when the hare will finally start to give out. Gritt manages to land a few good counters in the middle of his attacks, while succeeding in stalling Kaye out.

The bell finally rings and Gritt notices Kaye’s breaths getting a bit heavier as he heads back…
