A gift comic I got last year from my good friend  Snowfyre Of my collie girl, Mya and two of his pokemon characters, Inari and Cyndie. With the trio dealing with a somewhat recurring problem... maybe they should invest in something like dried carrots or something.

“This looks like a good place to camp for the night.”

Mya nodded to herself as she slipped the backpack off her shoulders before she placed it at the base of the nearest tree in the small clearing. Her two starter pokemon looked up at her before they turned and looked around. Inari, the Inteleon being the one to look for possible threats though that was done quickly due to what Mya assumed was her spy network. Cyndie the Cinderace just stretched as she started to pace the clearing, looking around as she spots a rock and started to do some rather impressive footwork, like it was a soccer ball.

The collie herself she sunk down slightly against the tree as she sighed a bit. It was good to just come to a stop after a long day of walking, even though the three of them were lost, she was sure of it. But she didn’t mind, it was a good way to see more of the world and maybe encounter a rare pokemon or two. Though for the moment it seemed to be just peace and quiet, something she rarely got these days since Kara had left to go back to her trainer. But Mya didn’t mind, she just hope her two starters didn’t start fighting again for… at least an hour she was hoping for. ‘Even that is asking for a lot’ she thought to herself, as she looked towards the two.

Didn’t take long for the sun to start setting as the tents were pitched up and belly’s started to grumble. Though right on time Inari moved to her bag as she started to pull out bits of food, ones that were pre-made by her earlier on Mya guessed. Cyndie bound over as Mya shook her head and couldn’t help but to smile at the rabbit’s energy and enthusiasm.

“Well here’s dinner. Tuna sandwich for me and Mya. Carrot sandwich for Cyndie...” the water type said as she handed the fire type hers.

“YAY!” Cyndie exclaimed as she shot her arms up into the air. Her eyes were bright and filled with happiness as she took the sandwich, but once the two buns were opened her expression drop dramatically like someone just told her she could never play soccer again. “Eh?”

“WHAT?!”

Mya glanced towards her as Cyndie walked over, her ears drooped as she looked up at her trainer with pleading eyes. Looking down she could see what the problem was as she saw that single thin, slice of carrot sitting in a rather sad looking sandwich.

“Sorry Cyndie, carrot rationing. We only have half a carrot left...” Inari explained, her experession turning into one of annoyance, her eyes narrowing as she knew what was coming as Cyndie held the sadwich up to Mya.

“Aww man… But Myaaaa?” she whined at the collie.

“Inari, I say just give her a bit more. And don’t tell me it’s a dumb choice. We should be close to a town soon anyway” the trainer said as Inari sighed.

“At least let me have the map tomorrow so we don’t end up lost cause of this dumb bunny...”
