Maine Vacation Day 4 - Bass Harbor Head Lighthouse
To get a good view of the lighthouse we had to climb down on the rocks below. I love the rocky coastline of Maine. It's like how I've always dreamed the coast should be. The Bass Harbor Head Lighthouse is operated all year round by the U.S. Coast Guard so you cannot go inside. The light is distinctive because it is red which you can see.
