Overlord is a supervillain with mind control powers, whose goal is to take over the world to turn heroes and villains alike into his personal harem >:)

He used to be a superhero himself, but his fame never caught off and it made him jealous and bitter. He never had good motives to begin win.

His first target was a former Planetary Peacekeeper, the heroine Maiden Transmutation, who could transmute anything or anyone she touched. Reinvented into the supervillainess Cuntversion, she's a competent partner in crime who molds anyone they capture to Overlord's liking.

Next they went after Cuntversion's ex-boyfriend Ultra-Speed, a hotheaded speedster who also in the Peacekeeper's S-tier lineup. Catching up to him was simple as long as Maiden's true nature had remained a secret, and as the timid but loyal Risqué Rush, she was worked as Overlord's personal maid—her powers useful for cooking and cleaning on the house side, as well as for transportation and protection while in battle. Another perfect utility.
