The Trampage arcade machine sends out a very large surge that somehow finds its way to Elizabeth. Somehow it knew where she was, probably due to a mysterious tracking item created in the arcade where the machine is already malfunctioning. Magic doesn't need to obey the rules of physics, so that's what we're going with here.
