Messing around with shrink rays is fun and all, but only until you happen to do so around someone who's even more gung-ho and fun-loving than you are. Markus is finding that out the hard way - pinned under Hancock's worn-out boot sole. Don't worry about him though, Hancock wouldn't just horrifically maim a friend... without a good reason... probably...

I actually decently enjoyed Fallout 4 back in the day. And while it's not exactly relevant in [current year here], I still had blast coming back to it recently. Though I'm not gonna lie, most of my enjoyment came from these two and the "player.setscale 0.1" command.

God, these two are the only two companions I ever bother getting in FO4, Hancock has that attitude that I just can't resist, and Nick has the salt.
This'd probably fit Hancock kinda well actually, he's into almost anything, and stepping on a shrunken human would probably make him chuckle.

Nick is actually strikingly genuine in almost every situation, he's just a genuinely good man who wants to help people.
And yes, Hancock would absolutely love this sort of thing. Even if he doesn't want to hurt the PC, he might get a kick out of just how bizarre macro/micro fetish is. Getting high, while having his bestie/FWB squeezed tight against the floor under his foot. It's just the perfect kind of horny & depraved for him to appreciate.

For sure! Few huffs of jet, and then some gentle stepping on the PC as they're so into it. The rougher stuff can be reserved for raiders, no sense wasting the bullets when a boot will do!

I like this a lot.
Hancock is always my go-to romance option in Fallout 4. He's such a great character and, honestly, if Hancock ever found out the player character liked being treated like this, he'd probably canonically do stuff like this. Not because he may necessarily be into it, but because he knows you like it.
