It's Ludwig, ready "to work" in London. He will steal your jewels and your women's heart!

Well, since he lives in London (disguised, his real home is in Baker Street), he robs in London. But since he's French, he also robs in France. >D

Oh well, however, he was in his Dragon Fortress in the skies. As you can imagine, a giant thing like that is clearly visible, so he had to think to a way to get on the ground without being seen. See that he has a clothing that is a bit different, and that "wings"? The coat (of his own invention) he's wearing has actually a mechanism connected to his nerves, so he can use that wings like real wings: he just has to stretch his arms, and they will open letting him glide without any danger.

But what he does? First, he wears the goggles, so the wind can't do nothing to him. Then, he launches himself from the Fortress (That, as you can imagine, has to stay VERY high to be invisible). He uses the wings and he glides without difficulties on some rooftop, ready for his job.

Now, he reminds me of a Steampunk-ish bat gentleman. Oh lolz.
