It sometimes makes us excited about having a railroad trip.
I go on board of the "Blue Eagle", the overnight train of the Rooland Railways to compete in a tennis match which is to be held in a distant city.
In the tendency of "The faster, the better", I hardly see dinning cars of the Japan Railways Group. It may be good to be convenient, but I feel that we have had some pleasures of journey lost.

Yes, it is one of them. Most of the long distance express trains are designed to prevent the windows from opening. Then, enjoying fine dishes at the dining car, meeting the other travellers.
When I was travelling across the Nederlands by train in the early 90s, I met a Dutch traveller, who was kind enough to send me a Dutch-English dictionary after I got back to the USSR. His kindness was of a big help to study Dutch.

Es cierto interesante estar a bordo de varios aviones. Personalmente, me gusta tomar "Air France", "Scandinavian Airlines System, "American Airlines, Inc." y "All Nippon Airways."
Todavia no sea tan mal viajar en tren, cuando tenemos más tiempo. Viendo el paisaje que está cambiandose, y de ciudades desconocidas a través de la ventana, disfrutando de las cocinas en el vagón restaurante, son unos de los placeres de viajar en tren.
Si tuviera una oportunidad, me gustaría recomendar:
Cuzco - Juliaca - Puno (Perú)
Oruro - Uyuni (Bolívia)
Sydney -Perth (Australia)
