One of my birds, Finny, sitting on that lamp I got that looks like a tree with glowing blossoms. My birds love to sit on it and watch the outside world from the window.
I took a picture today and just painted a copy of it without the other bird. (Would've liked to draw the other one next to him too but left it like this. Mostly because I'm tired and it may disturb the composition and feeling of this picture.)
Finny is a male, rather young yellow canary bird. He likes to sing, even though he can't quite do it as loud and brillant as most other male canaries. Besides that he's a bit hyperactive and loves to fly around agile and fast like a wannabe-swallow, so he's the sportiest of my birds.
