Showing hair with a showgirl hat is usually a no but Velvet’s also way too fat and trashy to be one anyways so doubt they care.

Velvet is canonically a ~hermaphrodite~ mainly for the purpose of making dumb jokes, I don’t think they canonically have a pronoun preference.
