My old Cadillac

My 1988 Cadillac. White with white leather interior. I need to drive it more. Since I got it about 5 or 6 years ago I only put about 700 or so miles on it. Its near perfect showroom condition. This pic was taken in front of my old house.

Very classy! I have an '89 Brougham D'Elegance that's in need of some interior and top work. It's a damned shame they don't make them like that anymore. :P

Cadillac (GM) needs to bring these back. Got a '93 Fleetwood myself, same color but blue leather interior. Wouldn't part with it for no less then a fortune!

I wouldnt expect GM to bring back nice rear wheel drive, 8 cylinder, heavy cars anytime soon. I love my Cadi, and Id love if they still made them, but I dont think it would meet the fuel economy regulations. It is SUCH an awesome, smooth ride!!! I just wish I had more time to drive it.

Maybe not the gas-guzzling engine, but perhaps the size, cushy seats, attention to detail, columnshifters, hood ornament, huge cabin, NO-rubberbumpers and 'smooth ride'? Those are the reasons I got my Cadillac. The 5.7l V8 is just a 'bonus'.

Hell thats why Diesel is nice! More power & fuel economy. Its a shame the engines they used back then were rubbish...

Diesel doesn't sound as good as a gas engine, but that's just my opinion. If it's economy you're after, that fine. I don't mind paying a little extra for something I really, really want!

Damn! Nice Brougham! I never liked the eggcrate grills, but that is a nice Caddy. Dose it have the button tuck leather seats? :)

No, It has regular white leather seats... Its not a D'elegance.

None the less it is very pretty. The triple white is beautiful. I might end up doing my Coupe in triple black!

That would look awesome. Black was my first choice for a Cadillac. I wanted Black with red leather interior, but they are incredibly difficult to find. Im happy with the triple white though. I like the color of yours.

What a wonderful shot and car... makes me happy while at the same time sad... as it reminds me of my old Cadillac... 1987 Cadillac Brougham, laredo tan body, matching leather seats/interior with dark brown vinyl top also in pretty good condition. Sadly I had to sell it and I still regret it though >.< I love the ol' real cruisers.

Thanks. I have owned it for 10 years this April. Its sitting in my barn right now waiting for spring. I cant wait to drive it around!

Awesome! Oh I bet! Those old land yachts ride how a real cruiser car is suppose to! I dearly miss my very first car and one I learned to drive in - my grandma's 1978 Lincoln Town Car; miss the ride in that car and the 1987 Caddy. I'm sure your Cadillac can't wait to be driven this spring too! ^.^
