After those two days of babysitting his little brother, Pikachu gets a shot at regression once again, though this time around, it's under his own conditions, where he is the babysat as opposed to the babysitter.
Fun fact, this is a follow-up to my very first story on FurAffinity. Enjoy!

You fleshed out JIRACHI a lot better in this tale. We got the idea that it is a unique Pokemon that cannot be defined by normal identifiers, like gender. It is what it is and will be what it will be. However, more importantly, JIRACHI enjoys being itself without needing to be stressed over fitting into stereotypes that may be associated with other Pokemon.
I must also add that, having watched "JIRACHI: Wish Maker' many years ago, I can 100% state I like your take on this mythical Pokemon over what we got in that film. You did the same great treatment to Celebi in the story with UMBREON learning why he should not be a bully for the sake of himself being bullied as part of a derogatory practice of upper-classman in his school that is well due for being given the 'Zero Tolerance' treatment.
***
I thought it was cute how JIRACHI brought PIKACHU back to being a baby Pokemon. This created a far more immersive experience for the older brother who, quite consciously, got to remember what it was like to be in his younger brother's current time in life. No doubt it also made getting into being a baby Pokemon a lot easier, too. (Sometimes looking the part is what helps you immerse yourself in it. It is this reason that, for me, being 100% blind works as, when I do anything 'Little', I need not see the human part of myself. I just imagine myself as my little dino-duckling character and go on with the day feeling relaxed and good to go,).

JIRACHI certainly made the experience fun for PIKACHU while also treating it as a fun learning experience. This seperates JIRACHI from CELEBI quite nicely within your 'Pokemon World'.

Lastly, I like how JIRACHI had the foresight to ensure PIKACHU wasn't playing their own version of 'Home Alone'. Mom, dad, and lil' bro all had places to go that they were excited to go to while JIRACHI provided the knowledge of PIKACHU not being 'left out' nor without a caretaker. :)
