also forgor to say that i finally got my meds to help with the adhd. in my country you can't get the diagnosis if you're adult but i met a good neurologist who heard me and helped me a lot by prescribing nootropics.
now i need to give injections, and drink pills, and dilute powder to keep my functioning at a normal level
also it all helps with raising my very low blood pressure, and acts as an antidepressant, what is also appropriate.
