Des:

Standing at the tall 6m (20 feet).
Contrary to his appearance, his scales and mane are warm to the touch.
His back spikes are only on his upper part of the tail, as is visible on the image.

He mainly feeds off of the fish from surrounding rivers and frozen lakes, but can also absorb residue energy surrounding him through his gemlike wing “fingers”. Meaning that the electronic devices will malfunction around him and eventually shutdown, making it hard to have recordings of him.
For that ability he was named Alkalyne.
His wing claws are a similar color as the wing “fingers”, so they might have similar properties.

He is also capable of heavily decreasing the temperature of the blizzard around him, so he can freeze anyone and anything inside of it, if he so wishes.

He has not yet been aggressive to anyone, instead he is more of a curious nature.
There are old legends about him being the guardian of the mountain, but the first fully documented encounter was 150 years ago and his appearance has apparently not changed almost at all. Because of that, his age, how long he will live, where he comes from and if he has anyone related to him is still unknown.

When he finds someone lost in the mountains, he helps them by guiding them back down if they wish so. He can apparently understand us and answer to the name he was given, making us believe there is a one-way language barrier stopping us from communicating and collecting more information.

He is yet to be seen outside of his snow-covered mountain.
