The coalition leaders unanimously signed their treaty of surrender in the remains of the former United States senate building, outside of which, the Emperor addressed the public for the first time, after uniting all nations of the Earth under one banner.

The following military massacre was responsible for a higher loss of life than the nuking of the five major coalition cities, and was later dubbed “The cull” by the Empire’s ministry of media, at the Emperor’s direct instruction.

It was also featured on pamphlets issued to citizens of Eden after the repealment of the bill of rights, and the founding of the new constitution; the purpose of which was to inform & educate the annexed population on the legislative changes to their rights, and the laws they were subject to:
