As stated, "Wicked Quin" here is a somewhat villain. More akin he plays games of his own rules, as well as making. At times he seems to target people for a "pet collection" but gives them odd games in order to have a "Sporting chance" at their freedom. Other's, he is out robbing things using feats of magic that in light of more experienced spell weavers, seems "cartoonish"

Dispite his colorful and playful deminure, Quin can live to his "Wicked" title at a moments whim, using underhanded or downright "mean" acts or tricks to gain what he sets his sight to and views enforcement of law or the likes nothing more then "interesting twists to his game"

However there is lack of information of him ever harming a person, it is likely he uses fear tactics and mind tricks to acheive his goals whatever they maybe. Of course it can also contribute to the fact he is also known to have spells to alter his form, giving him a fair range of abilites normal sorts do not have.

Outside of his strange magic quirks, Quin also has shown small feats of acrobatics and coordination on his feet, preferably them in combat over using his hands for an unknown reason.

Dispite his abilities, Quin's threat level is classed by some law enforcement as a "minor hologan" but it could be Wicked Quin's wicked nature has not fully seen in the light of day just yet.
