Zephrix (Original Name: Pluto)
Age: 34
Height 8ft 3
Orientation: Gay
A decade ago, Zephrix was known as ‘Pluto’ and, due to his extreme draconic appearance, affinity for wind magic, and bright green scales, was revered as ‘the Child of the Green Star’. This gave him an inflated Ego, believing himself to be above others. The Solist Priests encouraged this, going so far as to orchestrate fights and events specifically to make sure Pluto would come out on top. To them, having such a powerful, perfect figure was perfect for keeping others faith alive and keeping the religion strong. All that changed when Orion’s Father, Ganymede, fought against him during a tournament. He denied any bribes and laughed at any hollow threats given to him, and swiftly defeated him in front of a huge audience. He told Pluto everything before leaving with his son. At first Pluto refused to believe it, dismissing it as a mean-spirited lie from an unpleasant man. As the months went by, however, he started to see cracks. He soon reached a Breaking point and confronted the priesthood directly. When his suspicions were confirmed as true, he had a breakdown, destroying everything in sight in a rage. He then disappeared without a trace. Many Searched for him, but no one could find him. He was lost to the world, with only a select few knowing what happened. The question of what he was burned within him, but fear and shame prevented him from doing anything but staying in his hiding place, now going by the name Zephrix.
That changed when he met Orion. Feeling as if he was someone he could truly trust, due to his connection with Ganymede and honest nature. The younger Lizard motivated him to find out his origins, and now travels with him.
He’s a very stoic and almost aloof person. This is because of an inherent distrust of others, mixed with isolation and general poor communication skills. Some metaphors and analogies will simply glide over his head, leaving him rather confused, which can make him a bit difficult to talk to at points. He has a huge lack of confidence and can have episodes of thinking lowly of himself too much. He is, however, intelligent, and resourceful in other areas. He also enjoys occasionally drawing, usually the environment around him. He speaks in a very formal manner, never really using slang.
True to his original title, Zephrix is a natural born wind mage, with the air around him constantly shifting and changing. He can create powerful blasts of winds with simple gestures, whereas other mages would require more complex movements and spells. At the height of his power, he can create powerful hurricanes, affect atmospheric pressure, and combine his wind magic with other elements. This comes at the cost of draining his stamina heavily. While he has little knowledge in other areas, he can use them. He is also extremely strong, beyond the normal capabilities of a normal person. Because of this, Zephrix does not use a weapon. He instead uses a giant Wind Prism to gather starlight and focus better.
Small fun facts:
His Favourite food is Chocolate cake and Sweetened milk
The wind changes based on his mood, and is usually a better indicator than his face
He enjoys the comic book series ‘Moon Knight’ – a comic book about a warrior born from moonlight
He’ll eat on average a whole chicken and a half for lunch, along with a large amount of rice and vegetables.
He struggles with clothing due to his large size.

a (kinda) funny story: originally this wasn't gonna be a ref sheet for him at all, but originally a new oc entirely, but after looking back on his original image I decided he needed one. And then he went through a huge amount of changes, both in his design and character, until you get what you see now. The artist did an absolute excellent job and is also just a really cool dude in general. I absolutely adore Zephrix now and he's tied with 1st place with Orion (sorry Halcom XD).
