This spring I was considering growing kiwis in my garden since a neighbor had grown them for years before, I was pretty sure they'd work here but I was curious about how well they'd do so I read up on wikipedia.

Apparently, bees aren't fond of their flowers and kiwi growers have to put beehives right in the kiwi vines to pollinate them, or as it said in wikipedia:

Kiwi flowers are not very attractive to bees.

But of course, my mind clicked on a sad little kiwi wooing the bee of his dreams and failing. Poor little kiwi.
