I'm surprised FA doesn't have 'robot' as a species tag, considering how many androids and cyborgs and whatnot are out there. Oh well.
This is Neosurgeon, an advanced learning and building AI that absorbed the Doctor's (Doctor Who) memories and adopted bits of his wacky personality. But that much knowledge and power made him dangerous.
