Firstly, Pit, Dark Pit, or Viridi from Kid Icarus would be awesome if you can find em.
Secondly, since you mentioned femboy/shota earlier, I would also love to suggest young Alexander or Astolfo from Fate, Gou from Genshin Impact, Haku or Naruto from Naruto, and Bugsy or Alister from Pokémon~ (Not as feminine, but Leon in his sygna suit from Pokémon Masters if you dig that)

If you want a female character though, I would suggest Krystal (adventures outfit) from Star Fox, Mamizou from Touhou, Hinata from Naruto, Reisalin from Atelier Ryza, Erika or Nessa from Pokémon, Pepper from Paladins, Sayu from Genshin Imapct, Hibari from Senran Kagura, Bunyan from Fate, Mei from Overwatch, and again, Viridi from Kid Icarus.
Whether male or female options, I just dig cute characters and or fun footwear options~

I also forgot about Krystal! Got some nice models of her though~ Searching for Mamizou I found many artists with great models, so I'll download a couple more~ For Reisalin I only have a ripped model, while for Decyrus I found higher quality models. Thanks to you I realized that I missed Nessa, so I got some juicy models of her~
I found this model of Bunyan on Bowlroll, but I can't for the life of me understand what the password is. Might take a little, but I'm going to have it in the end 😉.

Couldn't find good quality models for Pit/Dark Pit, but at least I found ripped ones from SSBU. Viridi wasn't really good either, but at least it's a nice model~ Thank you for making me remember Kid Icarus! Now I also have a couple of Palutena models~
Alexander was a pain to find, but worth it as the model is of good quality. Gou is impossible to find. I haven't found nice models of Haku or Naruto with good feet or clothing options (those are normally what I look for in a model). I'm normally not too fond of non femboy/shota male characters, but I have to say that gen 8 has some nice boys (looking at you Piers, Rayhan, Leon)
