yep, they are called powder puffs.
each litter will have them, because each hairless carries the gene for powderpuff. a double dominant (hairless hairless) never develops into a puppy, it is fatal. so all hairless have a dominant hairless gene and a recessive powder puff gene. So a hairless x hairless results in 75% chance hairless and a 25% chance powderpuff. A hairless x powder puff results in a 50/50 hairless and powder puff litter. However, a powder puff x powder puff would result in all powder puff puppies!
