One of the things a healer must have is a steady mind under the pressure at all costs. You must not loose your focus especially if a life is at stake.
Healers were often seen as preventers of death. Which is partly true, they can prevent death taking someone's life too early. But natural death is not on our list but we can try to make the dying patient's last moments as pleasant as possible by i.e. reducing pain.

Our handsome and strong hero is very seriously injured! I must do my best to save him! His abdomen was seriously damaged, everything else was in good shape but the bleeding was intense! There was far too many important veins injured and if I was not fast enough Richard could die. I must not let that happen!

I focused my mind, focused on the injure, pressed my hand on the bleeding wound. Richard's gaze was glazed. There was not much time. I growled and my casted a strong healing spell into the abdomen replacing the injured tissue with my healthy ones transforming it with my magic. I was not to going to be the next one in Grim Reaper's list, oh no way!

"NOT TODAY, DEATH!"

After the spell was done I lost my conscious and collapsed over his lap. What was going to happen next? All up to you, my dear viewers~
