When the warmth finally subsided, there was nothing else he could think other than to run toward the mirror… For even though he could no longer see, and his vision was fully black, an ethereal image streamed into his mind as if he were sensing everything around him. The feathers were still growing out of his back and around his waist as he did, his claws now golden and his chest a pale-ish blue… When he opened his jaw to try looking inside for himself, all that he saw was that same, pale color… His orange tongue was no more, and his reddish flesh was coated… All that he was now was the name of the mask he had ordered for halloween -- Eronsilius, the faceless god."
