Ask Movie Slate. Daily Slate, 132 - Goodest Boyes
I gotta tell you, both movies leave me quite parched.
If you get what I mean.

It just occurred to me that I never uploaded the updates with Doggie Slate in them, so here we go!
I've been updating Movie Slate in a relatively consistent fashion for almost a year, and somehow never uploaded a single one of those panels over here on DeviantArt. I never claim to be the sharpest tool in the shed, but even for me this was a pretty dull move. From this point on I've decided to upload at least one or two pictures every week, most from those updates I actually feel pretty good about.
Is there any particular reason why I'm posting this one? I don't know, what do you think?
Werewolf movies are conceptually interesting, because they're pretty much all the same but tonally you can go from the dark comedic tones of "An American Werewolf in London", to the trash pulp of "Underworld", or the confused concepts of "The Wolfman", while the structures remain more or less the same (maybe less so in "Underworld"). They're all stories about metamorphosis, transformation, adaptation, and overall body horror.
What do you think? I encourage you to leave your thoughts in the comments.
