It all started when Penelope was being chased by a bulldog through a park in Paris. The mutt continued to bark incessantly while the poor cat tries her best to outrun him. She closed her eyes and with all her might, she ran and ran until the barking finally stopped. The cat stopped, wondering what just happened. When she opened her eyes, she found herself being in the middle of a white void. There was nothing all around her. No sign of that dog, no trees, and not even a glimpse of the famous Eiffel Tower.
“Strange…” Penelope said softly, scratching her head. “This place looks familiar…” It didn’t take long for her to find out why. “Oh, I remember now!” She reacted, placing her paw on the side of her face. “This happened to Daffy Duck once and then, Bugs Bunny.” She then looked at you and knocked on your screen.
“Allo! Bonjour!” She called out. “If you can hear me, please draw the next scene.” She gave out those cute puppy eyes, adding, “And make sure that dog doesn’t appear again.” She waited, but no reaction was made. “S'il Vous plait?” She asked in French but to no avail. She snapped her finger, feeling disappointed. That’s when she begins to think out loud. “Looks like it’s up to me now…” She walked around the white pavement, saying thoughtfully, “Since I can’t go back the way I came in, I suppose I’ll just have to…”
That’s when she got an idea. At that moment a light bulb appeared out of nowhere and it light for 2 seconds before the glass exploded. “I’m sure I can get back to the picture if I do this.” That’s when Penelope got into position with her back facing us. She placed her left thumb and began to blow on it. When that happened, a loud hissing was heard. To her expectation, her white belly started to swell up like a balloon. With no reasonable logic to apply in this world, she continues to inflate her belly through her thumb. It
When her belly got to a size of a wrecking ball, she felt her feet lifting off the ground. It was clear to her that she’s airborne. Penelope smiled while her cheeks were puffed up from her constant expansion.
Will her plan work? Or maybe “someone out there” might have other ideas for Penelope?
