Again, I should really consider sizes when drawing characters as she is freaking huge. I'm really pleased with the hair actually, it looks all wispy and stuff - so I hope you like it! As for her dress, I can never really imagine a suicune wearing something particularly risky or revealing - so this formal dress will just have to do for her ^_^
