Abilities: she soaks in and receives power from love and positive emotions, along with having nature powers, she can create flowers from barren ground and perhaps even turn objects into flowers or have flowers grow out of them. Since she's a grass type, it also implies that she would have an extra solid bond with nature, and could call upon and create plants, vines, etc to use if she needed to fight and protect herself, and with different amounts love and positive energy she has stored within her would determine how powerful she can be at any given time, and the more of that energy she has stored in her, the more she can do with it.
Hobbies: since she has a lace pattern on her, I could imagine her enjoying weaving flower crowns out of real flowers that never die and have positive healing energy that she imbues into them with the love and positive energy she has stored.
