who wouldnt RELENT in his thirst for Loona. I can't tell you how thick he was laying it on with how much he wanted Loona art.
So i knew... I KNEW. the only way to surprise him was by turning him into Loona but with some henious twist.
Sure he can be Loona, but only for a few minutes at a time.
in retrospect, I could have also turned him into human Loona to make him pull it hair out.
BUT EITHER WAY GOSH I LOVE LOONA, AND JULIUS IS GONNA BE A LOVELY CLOCKWORK TOY.
